TT Bet Terms & Conditions – A Complete Guide to the Rights and Responsibilities of Malaysian Members

1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and tt bet ("Platform", "We"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by tt bet.

Use of the platform tt bet — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing bets, or downloading our app — constitutes your full acceptance of these Terms. This acceptance takes effect from the first date you access the platform, regardless of whether you have read these Terms in full.

2Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of tt bet, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident with a valid national identity card (MyKad), or hold a valid visitor's pass.
• Not currently on any gambling platform's self-exclusion list.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be subject to any court injunction prohibiting participation in gambling activities.

tt bet reserves the right to request age verification at any time. Accounts found to be owned by individuals under the age of 18 will be closed immediately, and all balances — including the original deposit — may be forfeited in accordance with legal requirements.

3Registration & Account Security

Each user is only permitted to register one (1) account only at tt bet. This includes one account per IP address, per device, per email address, per phone number, and per payment details. Registering multiple accounts for any reason whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

By registering, you agree to:

• Providing information that is true, accurate, and up to date at all times.
• Update your personal information promptly whenever there are changes.
• Keep your account password strictly confidential at all times.
• Not sharing login credentials with any other party.
• Notify tt bet immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

You are fully responsible for all activities carried out under your account, whether or not those activities were authorised by you. tt bet is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account if you fail to report it within 24 hours of suspecting the incident.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

tt bet supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow (Transfer & QR)
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• FPX Online Banking (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other major Malaysian banks)

General deposit conditions are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit: subject to payment method and account status (Standard Members up to RM 5,000 per day; VIP Members have higher limits).
• All deposits must be made from an account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your account tt bet to your account within 1–15 minutes depending on the payment method.
• Any fees charged by payment providers are the member's responsibility.

5Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawal request from account tt bet subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same source of funds principle).
• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, DuitNow, GrabPay): processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals to a bank account via FPX: processed within 1–6 hours business days.
• Large withdrawals (exceeding RM 10,000) may require additional identity verification and can take up to 1 business day to process.
• Members who have not fulfilled their bonus rollover requirements are not permitted to make withdrawals until those requirements have been met.

tt bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your MyKad) before processing withdrawals, particularly for first-time or large withdrawals. This is a standard security measure to protect members.

6Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by tt bet — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP programme rewards — are subject to the individual terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the following general conditions:

• Every bonus carries a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per member (per account, per IP address, per device, per household).
• Bonuses are non-transferable, cannot be sold, and cannot be directly converted to cash.
• The bonus expiry date will be stated in the terms of the relevant offer — any unused bonus within that period will expire automatically.
• Different casino games may contribute at varying rates towards rollover requirements (e.g., slots at 100%, Live Casino at 15–20%, Baccarat may be excluded).
• tt bet reserves the right to cancel or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, hedging bets, or automated software — may result in bonus forfeiture and account closure.

7Betting Rules

All bets placed at tt bet — whether on Sports Betting, Live Casino, Lottery, or any other game — are final once confirmed by the system. General betting rules are as follows:

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended except through the "Early Cashout" feature, where available for eligible bets.
• In the event of a technical system error (where displayed odds are incorrect due to a technical fault), tt bet reserves the right to void affected bets and return the funds to the member's account.
• All match and game results are determined based on the official decisions of the relevant governing body. Any disputes must be submitted within 48 hours of the result being declared.
• For Malaysian Super League and EPL matches, bets are settled based on regular time results (90 minutes) unless otherwise stated in the market terms.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by sport, league, and market type. These limits are displayed within the platform interface at the time of placing a bet.

8Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Money laundering — using the platform tt bet for money laundering or illegal financing purposes.
• Identity fraud — registering with false information or assuming another person's identity.
• Multiple accounts — registering more than one account to claim bonuses repeatedly.
• Use of automated software (bots) — using any automated software, scripts, or tools to access the platform without genuine human interaction.
• Game manipulation — any attempt to influence game outcomes through unauthorised means.
• Use of VPN — concealing your actual location to access services that are restricted in your region.
• Abuse of customer support — providing false information to the support team, making threats, or using abusive language.
• Arbitrage betting at a scale that undermines the integrity of the betting market.

9Privacy & Data Protection

tt bet takes member privacy seriously. The collection, processing, and protection of your personal data is carried out in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and our updated privacy policy.

The information we collect includes:

• Registration details (name, email, phone number, date of birth)
• Identity verification documents (copy of MyKad where required)
• Financial transaction data (deposits, withdrawals, betting records)
• Technical data (IP address, device type, access logs)

10Liability Limits

To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, tt bet is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Service disruptions or failures caused by technical faults, system maintenance, or events beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions made by the member themselves.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.
• Errors or delays in fund transfers caused by third parties (banks, e-wallet providers).
• Changes in laws or regulations affecting the availability of services.

Maximum liability tt bet to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11Account Termination

Termination by Member: You may close your TT Bet account at any time by contacting our customer support. Any valid balance remaining in the account will be refunded following a review, subject to there being no outstanding compliance issues.

Termination by TT Bet: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a member's account under the following circumstances, with or without prior notice:

• Violation of any term set out in this document.
• Reporting fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to complete the identity verification process within the stipulated timeframe.
• Requests from legal authorities.
• A business strategic decision (in which case, all balances will be fully refunded).

Following account termination due to a breach, tt bet reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of an investigation. Should fraud be established, funds held in the account may be forfeited in accordance with legal requirements.

12Amendments to Terms & Applicable Laws

tt bet reserves the right to modify, add to, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on our platform. Continued use of the platform tt bet after the amended terms are published will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms.

We will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification for significant changes. However, it remains each member's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unresolved, through arbitration in Malaysia under the rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC).
